Refund policy
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for online purchases. However, customers may:
- Exchange an item for a different size or product of equal value.
- Receive a store credit/voucher for future purchases.
Exchanges or store credits must be requested within 30 days of purchase. Store credits are valid for 30 days—after which they will expire.
Important Notes:
- Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
We truly value your business! If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery. Just include your order number and any relevant photos, and we'll be here to assist you. Thank you for being a valued customer!
