Shipping policy
Orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. Please note that custom or "made to order" items have their own processing times and production time may take 10-14 business days.
1. Processing Times for custom orders
For all Bongololo made-to-order and custom pieces, please allow 10–14 business days for production before your order is shipped, unless stated otherwise.
- Standard orders: 10–14 working days
- Priority orders: 5–7 working days
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during busy periods.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be shown before you complete your order.
3. Delays & Issues
We always aim to deliver on time, but delays can sometimes happen due to weather, customs, or courier problems. Once your order has left our studio, we are not responsible for any delays.
During busy periods, orders may also take longer due to high demand and limited production capacity. Our usual turnaround time is 2–5 days of read-to-wear, and 10-14 days of made-to-order, but it may occasionally take longer. If this happens, we will contact you to keep you updated.
4. Incorrect Addresses & Missing Paxi Codes
Please make sure your delivery details are correct before checking out. We are not responsible for lost or delayed orders caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
If you choose Paxi as your delivery method, please include your Paxi Code at checkout or send it with your order number via WhatsApp (0615230569) or email (bongololo6@gmail.com).
5. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during delivery, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving your package. We’ll work with the courier to resolve the issue.
